A science party at home: surprising experiments, laughter and discoveries
Make your child’s birthday unforgettable with a hands-on science party led by a Scientastic animator, at your home in Brussels. Parties are given in English or French.
“Science and the five senses” — ages 4 to 11
The children try out a dozen surprising experiments, then have fun working out the scientific secret behind each one. For example, they can launch a small rocket (don’t worry, it is perfectly safe), make a ball float in a jet of air, put on special glasses and try to shake the animator’s hand, or build an optical illusion to take home. For the youngest, the programme also includes sensory games.
The programme adapts to the children’s age, energy and interests.

“Robots” — ages 4 to 14
The children program Thymio, a small and very friendly robotic vehicle. They can make it change colour when they stroke it, or program it to follow them like a puppy following its owner.
